These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and websites published by ESCALA TREINAMENTOS LTDA ("Escala", "we", "us"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and payments
- Some features require a paid subscription, purchased through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, including by attempting to copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with them, or by using them for any unlawful purpose.
4. Content
Content in our apps, including texts, explanations and summaries, is provided for informational, educational and personal purposes only. Some explanatory content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. It does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial or religious advice.
5. Intellectual property
The apps, their design, code, trademarks and original content belong to Escala or its licensors. Public-domain texts remain in the public domain.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Escala is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the apps at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
